Moto 360 Android Wear Smartwatch

/ | Leave a Comment

The Moto 360 Smartwatch is a sexy piece of hardware running the Android Wear code. The watch itself is unique as it is the first round face watch available compared to the common square and rectangle watches. I opted for the black watch with black leather band over the silver and grey one and will […]

My First Story – J-Rock Band

/ | Leave a Comment

Another great Japanese Rock band I just recently found out about. They have a great sound, and if they remind you of a certain other J-Rock band… say One Ok Rock, you’re not far off as the lead singer Hiro is Taka’s (One Ok Rocks lead singer!) younger brother! Although the two bands have similar […]

Google Android OS Addiction

/ | Leave a Comment

I’ve been highly interested in the Android OS since leaks have been dropped on the internet. When it was finally announced and the HTC Dream (T-Mobile G1) was open for preorder, I jumped ship from my previous mobile provider just so I can pre-order the device on T-Mobile. The Dream was just the beginning for me. Now, I don’t have a collection as large as a lot of other people out there. I’m one of those that will scope out every device as they come out and wait for the right one, for me that is. Of course it would be subjective to your own tastes and likes. So here is my list of devices I’ve used or am still using that pertain to Google Android OS and Chrome OS with the latest on top.

Looxcie HD Explore Review [UPDATED: 04/29/2014]

/ | Leave a Comment

[UPDATE: 04/29/2014]
Well it looks like Looxcie is pulling the plug on their consumer cameras and products and shifting their business towards enterprises video instead. Time to look for other option. GoPro?

The Looxcie HD is a lightweight video camera designed to be a hands free and capable of live streaming, recording up to 1080p and able to capture the last 30 seconds with the instant replay feature. Off the bat you will notice it has no built in screen. That is because it connects to your mobile device via Wifi to be utilized as your viewfinder as well as adjust your recording resolutions and control your live stream feed. You will have to download the app from Google Play or iTunes respectively.

Japanese Dynamite Baked Mussel Recipe

/ | Leave a Comment

One of my favorite appetizers at any Japanese Sushi restaurant has got to be the dynamite baked mussels. I’ve played with the recipe for a few years, and it just keeps getting better and better. Now, I know there are a lot more simpler recipes out there, but what fun is that? Below, I’ve shared what I have come up with to date. The amount of each ingredient still needs some tweaking here and there, but overall, I’m pretty satisfied with it so far! And, it really doesn’t take much longer to make than the simpler recipes. You can also make a larger batch of the dynamite sauce and put it into one of those squeeze bottles for on the whim creations!
