Taco Rice Recipe – Okinawan Dish
My first try at making taco rice, still working on perfecting my recipe.
Taco rice (タコライス, takoraisu), something I’ve found while living in Okinawa, Japan that just seemed weird at the time, but ended up being one of my favorite dishes. On top of that, It is so easy to make on your own. More on the history of Taco rice after the jump.
